We are looking for a results-oriented mentor for Merit's Career Guidance. The career guidance aims to provide participants with increased insights into their path to education and work based on individual circumstances. In the long term, the career guidance should contribute to skills supply and improved matching in the labor market, as well as counteract a gender-segregated labor market.

We are looking for someone who can guide and match, is innovative, and has a strong drive!

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade and
• At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
  • supervision with personnel responsibility
  • recruitment
  • transition work for job seekers
  • study and career guidance
  • handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration)
  • work with labor and labor market issues,
  • work with social and group psychology
  • career guidance
